About this role As the Digital Marketing Manager on our Channel Marketing team, you will lead the creation of impactful digital experiences that enhance customer engagement and drive business results. You'll focus on developing onsite banners, landing pages, pop-ups, and other interactive touchpoints, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical know-how, and collaboration, as you'll partner with cross-functional teams including Pricing, Integrated Campaigns, Lifecycle Marketing, Product Martech, Data Science, and other stakeholders across the business. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our digital marketing strategy, work with cutting-edge tools, and develop expertise across multiple marketing channels and platforms. About your Skills:

Analytical: You have a data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging analytics to measure, experiment, and optimize CRM communications. You have a solid understanding of marketing analytics, data platforms, and marketing technology.

Influencing: You build strong relationships across all levels of the organization and strategically leverage them to drive initiatives forward. You find solutions that align stakeholders while maintaining a results-oriented mindset. You're also confident in pushing back when necessary to ensure the best outcomes for the team and business.

Decision Making: You apply critical thinking to evaluate multiple perspectives and follow a structured decision-making process. Once a decision is made, you communicate it clearly, ensuring alignment and seamless execution across teams.

Project-management: You have strong project management skills and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Creative, MarTech, and Lifecycle teams, to execute marketing initiatives effectively. What you'll be doing:

Designing and implementing digital marketing assets such as banners, landing pages, pop-ups, and other on-site experiences to engage users and achieve campaign objectives.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams-including Pricing, Product, Martech, Creative, and Engineering-to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.

Leveraging customer engagement platforms like Braze, Pendo, or Contentful to personalize experiences, optimize user journeys, and manage content.

Monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital assets, using data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement.

Staying informed on the latest trends in digital marketing, personalization, and customer engagement tools to drive innovation and improve customer experiences.

Acting as the subject matter expert for digital experiences within the Channel Marketing team, sharing best practices and identifying growth opportunities. What you'll have:

4+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or marketing operations, with a proven track record of driving engagement and retention.

Expertise in channel best practices, customer journey mapping, and CRM tools, with hands-on experience managing email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

Proficiency with customer engagement platforms such as Braze, Pendo, and Contentful, along with CMS and A/B testing tools to optimize digital experience

Strong personalization skills, leveraging dynamic content and segmentation strategies to create tailored customer experiences that drive results.

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for benefits and equity. Hiring Compensation Range $92,000-$115,000 USD
