Work you'll do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that push the boundaries of innovation Partner with your cohort of interns ona pro-bonoconsulting project, supporting a non-profit organization to improve operational efficiency Workdirectlywith AAretians across levels UtilizeMicrosoft Excel and SQL for data analysis for clients Gain insight from analysis and data interpretation to identify client savings opportunities and put together an actionable business case Preparedeliverablesto project leadershipfor final review Workwith our consulting teams to dissolve real world problems for clients Understand business-specific context of clients

Requirements

Education & Eligibility Current undergraduate student entering either their 3rdyear of a4-yeardegreeprogram or in the 4thyear of a 5-year program(Spring 2026 Grad) Minimum3.0cumulative GPA Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship Must be able to spend the summer in our downtown Chicago office, personal preference and circumstances will be taken into consideration for any remote candidates who are unable to be on site

Skills & Abilities Strong interest in pursuing a career in consulting Demonstrated passion for continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and technologies Ability to approach problem-solving with logical and analytical thinking Capable of understanding business and project goals to craft and deliver meaningful solutions to our clients Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SQL, with the ability to further develop and apply these skills Works effectively both independently and in group settings Excited to support Analysts, Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Managers in developing creative solutions for clients

Preferred Requirements

Degree/Major in Business Administration or Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field 3.3 or higher cumulative and major GPA Relevant work experience, in luding internships, summer positions, or part-time jobs Active involvement in university clubs or organizations related to consulting, business, or leadership, showcasing relevant skills and interests
