The Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans to drive business outcomes within the financial envelope for T-Mobile US. Requires competency across marketing strategy, consumer and competitive insights, business management, financial foresight, change & innovation, relationship building & influencing, go-to-market planning and cross-functional leadership.

Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement commercial strategies to improve subscriber and revenue growth, QGP outcomes and targets. Inform strategy and high-level business rationale in-quarter, taking ownership across matrixed organization w/focus on customer targets and revenue. Ensure analytics, In-mortem analysis, performance management frameworks/scorecards are in place to drive toward commercial goals, case expectations and inform in-quarter decisioning, contingencies, and optimization to win the quarter. Collaborate closely with FP&A, channels, marketing and GTM teams to drive successful steering of QGP outcomes. Distill large amounts of information into clear solutions - provide critical inputs into the creation of the quarterly outlook and steer delivery of QGP goals. Drive pacing to target, risks/opportunities and recommendations to leadership, drive alignment and execution across working team to win the quarter on weekly basis. Responsible for identifying targeted opportunities based on segmentation of the customer base, competitive landscape, business performance and customer struggles. Provides strategic recommendation on offers and programs to retain customers.

Model business impacts and develop cases for critical initiatives

Develop succinct narratives for senior leadership showcasing data-driven, customer-centric strategic recommendations

Implement quarterly offers partnering with operations, supply chain, finance, messaging, product management, analytics, consumer insights, pricing and more. The role requires strong cross functional partnership across the enterprise to ensure flawless execution of offers in market and performance management.

Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred)

Work Experience: 4-7 years Marketing experience in one or more of the following categories: software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods. () 4-7 years Analyzing customer, business, and industry data to drive business performance 4-7 years Driving strategy cross functionally (preferred) Comfort with ambiguity and a dynamic work environment (preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of financial drivers, experience in managing return on investment objectives, ability to develop high level financial models and review quarterly forecasts and budgets. Ability to lead planning cycle in fast paced and highly competitive industry with collaborative approach. Ability to deep dive into data to gain business insights Strong communications skills by presentation, written and verbal methods; ability to synthesize large amounts of information into a cohesive story Experience in defining and leading marketing strategies. Strong understanding of voice and data s rvices and products. Ability to influence, lead and coach cross functional teams and champion new concepts and ideas.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States Colorado Pay Range: $102,000 - $138,000 Washington Pay Range: $109,500.00 - $148,100.00 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
