Introduction to the team

We are currently seeking a Business Valuation Analyst in our Denver office. The Business Valuation Analyst is responsible for conducting financial statement and valuation analysis, preparing industry and economic outlooks, valuation report writing, and conducting specific valuation research projects in regards to the valuation of closely-held businesses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field required

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience

• Independent, critical, and creative thinking

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Candidate will be expected to prepare for the CFA and ASA designations, etc.
