Job Title: Business Analyst

Overview:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in both business and systems analysis. This role will support a technology initiative aimed at enhancing automation and AI-driven efficiencies within enterprise operations.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for AI-enabled solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.

• Work closely with technical teams to design and implement AI and automation solutions.

• Assess business workflows and data processes to identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements.

• Develop and document user stories and acceptance criteria using project management tools.

• Assist with AI adoption strategies, ensuring seamless integration and user engagement.

• Collaborate with various teams to define business processes, system functionalities, and integration requirements.

• Create and maintain documentation, including data mapping, process diagrams, and technical requirements.

• Evaluate technical processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend enhancements.

• Support the QA team in user acceptance testing when necessary.

• Provide go-live assistance and post-implementation support as needed.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, working with developers, testers, and product teams.

• Follow industry best practices in documentation, project execution, and change management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of experience in analyzing and improving enterprise applications, with at least two years in a lead capacity.

• Knowledge of AI/ML tools and platforms such as TensorFlow, Azure AI, or AWS Sagemaker.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with workflow analysis, system integrations, and ERP systems.

• Proficiency in writing structured user stories and defining system requirements.

• Experience with Agile lifecycle tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA.

• Ability to define and validate complex business requirements and dependencies.

• Strong data mapping and process analysis skills.

• Proficiency in creating process flows using visualization tools like Lucidchart or Visio.

• Experience in cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

• Proven ability to recommend and implement system-wide improvements.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills, working effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
