Ring Bros Marketplace is a locally owned and operated Cape Cod collaborative market focused on quality and providing the best customer shopping experience. The Marketing Coordinator works collaboratively with General Management to create and implement marketing strategies within the store and community ranging from administrative to creative, working directly with ownership to improve brand awareness and increase revenue. Responsibilities include but aren?t limited to: Represent the facility at local networking events and marketing events to foster community engagement Act as the primary liaison between us and the community groups/agencies to strengthen partnerships Build and maintain professional relationships with store personnel and community partners Utilizing various advertising channels, web-based programs and SEO to attract customers Organizing and facilitating in-store events such as tastings and festivals Managing social media profiles to create engaging content appropriate for specific networks and target audiences Creating and implementing in-store and online marketing plans including print advertising, seasonal promotions, newsletters and email campaigns Provide administrative support Handle other duties as assigned to support the success of the market. Our ideal candidate for this position loves Cape Cod, food, and has an outgoing personality. They are a self-starter with great written and verbal communication skills. This individual also pays great attention to detail, is highly organized as well as displays competency with the Microsoft Office suite including Publisher and simple graphic design. A Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred however 2 years + in a comparable position with a verifiable record of accomplishments will also be considered. As this is an In-House position, the ideal candidate lives within commuting distance and will be working in the store daily. Ring Bros.
