The Human Resource Specialist works closely with the Senior People Advisor and the Management Team to ensure our new HR model succeeds and supports the vision and strategy of FrieslandCampina. <p> To be successful, you must be a highly engaged team player with a drive to deliver results and enjoy implementing and leveraging established programs that build high-performing teams and foster employee engagement. <p> Bachelors degree in HR or related field; A minimum of 5 years of experience executing Talent Management programs and coaching team members with success; Experience working in a Unionized manufacturing setting; Exceptional ability to connect with all levels of a workforce; A proclivity for root cause analysis<p>
