Acloche LLC Laboratory Technician in Delaware, Ohio
Delaware company in need of a Lab Tech for their Copper Wire area.
2nd shift - 3p - 11p (M-F)
Training is on first shift 7a-3p
Metallurgic (Met) Lab: Conducts tests and inspections to evaluate the quality and performance of the copper components. Testing includes tests on tensile strength, cryogenic material, Oxygen Determinator & Carbon. Perform spectrographic analysis of copper. Prepare samples using mounting, grinding, and polishing techniques to interpret and evaluate grain structure and grain size by use of metallographic and video imaging equipment. Interpret and evaluate test results.
Must have prior work experience in this type of role.
