Acloche LLC Casting Operator in Delaware, Ohio
Delaware company in need of Casting Operator for 1st shift.
Casting: Employees use forklift to move the cathodes (340lb copper plates) into furnace to melt down. They then extrude the cooling copper into 1" thick wire coiled onto pedestal (frames). Those pedestals are then moved to other areas via overhead cranes. Employees wear fire-retardant PPE when dealing with the cathodes.
All machine operators will drive a forklift. We will train for this.
For 12-hour shifts: 1st is 7a-7p,
- Week 1 work: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday (48 hours)
- Week 2 work: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday (36 hours)
