Let's Go Deland!!! We are looking for a Human Resource Assistant to join our fun and dynamic team! The ideal candidate will assist the HR generalist with the processing of employee paperwork consisting of the following:

• Onboarding

• Initial Payroll

• Leaves of absence

• OSHA safety tracking

• Employee evaluations

• PAYCOR experience is a plus

salary: $20 - $23 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Assist with new hire onboarding

• Assist with documentation storage

• Assist with safety meetings and tracking information

• Act as an employee ralations specialist

• Monitors tardy and absenteeism reports

• Assist with formalization fo job descriptions

• Maintains compliance with federal state and local employment benefit laws
