Maintenance Tech/Painter -- Full Time, Defiance
Glenn Park Senior Living Community in Defiance has a need for a full-time Maintenance Technician. Primary responsibilities for this position include performing hands-on maintenance, including repairs and general maintenance of apartments and other interior and exterior areas. At least 50% of the time involves apartment turnover, i.e. painting. This full-time position requires a self-starter with demonstrated experience in maintenance of multiple units. In addition to being a flexible team player, this person must be able to meet deadlines and work within a budget. Knowledge of state regulations as they apply to Fire & Safety is a plus. Must be able to work and communicate effectively with cliental. This position has on-call responsibility, and reports to the Director of Maintenance.
