Full time Customer Service Representative (37.5 hours per week) is responsible for assisting patients with medical equipment and supplies. Job duties include but are not limited to ordering supplies, calling insurance companies, and communicating with patients face to face and over the phone. Must have good customer service skills, phone and computer skills, and be willing to work as part of a team. No insurance provided.
