Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a qualified IT System Administrator in support of one of our clients in Deerfield Beach, FL. This candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's IT systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, implementing system upgrades, and providing support to end-users. Their day to day will include but is not limited to:

  Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware.

  Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems.

  Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures.

  Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

  Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.

  Implement and maintain security protocols to protect IT infrastructure from cyber threats.

  Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and execute system upgrades and improvements.

  Provide technical support and training to end-users.

  Maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.

Skills and Requirements

5-8 years of proven experience as an IT System Administrator.

  Strong experience working in a hybrid Active Directory environment (Exchange, GPOs, etc.)

  Experience working with operating systems such as Windows and O365 and network protocols (VLAN).

  Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Nutanix).

  Experience working with ServiceNow

  Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and tools.

  Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Professional experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure).

  Switch and port configuration experience

  ServiceNow Development experience

  Mimecast experience null
