Required Skills & Experience

• 2-3 years of experience as an IT Support/ Helpdesk Engineer

• Knowledge of both Hardware and Software support

• Experience with level 3 of helpdesk tickets

• Advanced abilities with Windows and Azure cloud

• Ability to problem-solve

Desired Skills & Experience

• Ability to commute to the office daily in Decatur

• Strong communication skillset

• BS in CS or similar degree

• Experience working for internal IT organizations

• Any on-premises server experience is a plus
