[Job Description [This position is responsible for the troubleshooting, upkeep, safety, and overall reliability of all factory electrical and mechanical systems and processes. Quality, attention to detail, and accurate and concise documentation are essential for this position.   • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems in a safe and orderly fashion.
  • Diagnose, repair and maintain all plant control power, electrical systems, and mechanical systems.
  • Maintain electrical safety systems.
  • Assess problems for all capital equipment in plant. Additionally, multi-craft maintenance personnel must have knowledge of primary electrical service, lighting, HVAC, hydraulic systems, and related building/facility requirements.
  • Troubleshoot with programmable logic controllers (PLC).
  • Support new equipment installations, repairs, and changeovers.
  • Properly lockout and control equipment being repaired, maintained, overhauled, or in changeover.
  • Complete all PMs, work orders, and projects as directed by the controls engineer.
  • Support efficient utilization, consumption, and replacement of stock items as necessary.
