The Diversity Equity and Inclusion Manager is accountable for the performance and results of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team. The role ensures the resolution of DEI-related issues and initiatives, with fairness and consistency in a timely manner. The role closely partners with organizational leadership to address complex DEI challenges and collaborates with various departments including People Analytics, DEI Business Enablement, and other HR COEs. The role also d ensures the effective implementation of tactical responsibilities within the DEI function.

What you'll do….

  • Manages the development and advancement of programs designed to support a diverse workforce and promote an inclusive organizational culture, in alignment with organizational goals and values.

  • Acts as the primary point of contact for the design and implementation of strategic DEI work in partnership with other HR COEs and ensures fairness, consistency, and timely response in accordance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Develops and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with the DEI function and provides insights and recommendations to drive DEI efforts within the organization. Prepares dashboards, reports and presentations to monitor DEI trends, identify areas for improvement or intervention, and provide an update on the status and results of the DEI programs and initiatives to senior internal stakeholders.

  • Provide strategic data consulting and analytics support to Senior Leaders and HR COEs to drive business insights and strategic decision making.

  • Translate complex HR data into compelling stories to inform strategic HR initiatives and strategies.

  • Collaborate with People Analytics to support organization initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize Data Storytelling, Dashboards, and diversity programs such as Market Based Goals and Self-ID campaigns.

  • Collaborates with other HR functions to contribute to the development and delivery of data informed strategies which promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Responds to and resolves critical responsibilities related to the administration of DEI policies and liaises with cross-functional teams, such as HR, legal, and communications, to address specific tasks associated with the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration.

  • Interprets and administers company policies and procedures related to DEI initiatives, ensuring that policies are up-to-date, compliant with relevant laws, communicated effectively to employees, and consistently enforced. Ensures all statutory management and reporting requirements related to diversity, equity, and inclusion are met.

You'll have….

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field and/or commensurate experience.

  • 5+ years experience with People Analytics, HR information systems or Diversity Equity and Inclusion.

  • Experience managing Executive stakeholders
