Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Training Program Manager in support of the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The Assistant Secretary of Air Force for Acquisition (SAF/AQ) and Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) stood up the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) under Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) to be the dedicated office to increase cyber resiliency of Air Force (AF) weapon systems and to maintain mission effective capability under adverse conditions. CROWS is organizationally located under AFLCMC/EN-EZ with mission responsibility for 'baking in' cyber resiliency into new weapon systems and mitigation of 'critical' vulnerabilities in fielded weapon systems. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Manage and track required training and education requirements for cyber campaign program billets and within CROWS including certification standards such as DoD 8570.01-M Cyber Workforce Management Program requirements. Oversee waiver processes for CROWS members' cyber career field entry and training qualification requirements. Monitor and report cyber career paths progression, deliberate development, and growth within and between cyber career fields of CROWS personnel. Track and provide summary reporting/briefings of CROWS progress onboarding new personnel. Establish and collect metrics to monitor and validate cyber workforce readiness including analysis of cyber workforce data to assess the status of positions identified, filled, and qualifications of personnel. Assist with reviewing and establishing cyber policies and guidance. Correlate training and learning to acquisition processes' cyber requirements. Conduct learning needs assessments and identifying requirements. Assess student learning, knowledge transfer, satisfaction, effectiveness, and efficiency of instruction. Recommend and assist in implementing corrections to deficiencies in education and training programs. Assist with training and educational technical documentation, records management, research and tracking, and scheduling and/or running meetings/conferences. Support tasks, executive level projects, and preparing/presenting resultant briefings at the senior executive level. Assist in developing goals and objectives for cyber curriculums. Conduct periodic reviews/revisions of course content for accuracy, completeness alignment, and currency. Develop, administer, and review education surveys and evaluations. Collaborate with team leads. Prepare for periodic working groups, meetings, and presentations.
