The Record Review Specialist for our Component Lab: Performs lot release and reviews records related to quality control, maintenance, and testing prior to product labeling. Addresses patient and confirmatory test results to ensure timely completion of notifications and appropriate follow-up. Required to interact with Collection Services to achieve completion. Performs standardized testing procedures and maintains proficiency. Assists in the development of relevant Work Instructions and Job Aids, in keeping with current Good Manufacturing Practices. Embraces new product development or processes to improve departmental operations and offerings. Strives to implement continuous and process improvements to ensure operations are efficient and quality focused without loss. Provides statistical data related to job responsibilities. Assists in the achievement of departmental goals consistent with the strategic plan. Works within the department and other departments on committees as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned.
