Position: Program Manager - Pain Center

Department: Pain Center

Facility: Miami Valley Hospital & Miami Valley Hospital South

Shift: Full time 8:00am-5:00pm/ 80 Hours Per Pay

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Nurse Manager of the Pain Center is responsible for driving the delivery of services through Miami Valley Pani locations at the Main and South campus. The manager will be directly responsible for the performance of staff at both campuses, facilitating the procedural and clinic operations. He/she will be responsible for but not limited to: regulatory readiness, patient experience, employee engagement, fiscal management, and operational efficiency. He/she is expected to maintain a flexible schedule providing accessibility and visibility to all staff. Exercises professional judgement in the performance of his/her duties. Participates on hospital and department committees and other duties as assigned by leadership. Works collaboratively with physician partners and their respective leadership teams.
