Shifts available: 1st: 7a-3p 2nd: 3p-11p 3rd: 11p-7a As a Machine Operator, you'll play a crucial role in our production process. Responsibilities include: Safely operating production machines Setup, operation, and cleanup Recommending improvements to meet customer demand Maximizing equipment utilization and efficiency Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards Training and assisting team members Completing necessary reports accurately and promptly Adhering to production schedules and making recommendations for optimization We're looking for candidates with a high school diploma or GED, and preference will be given to those with 6 months of prior experience in the packaging industry or manufacturing operations.
