Software Developer-Operations  Position:Full Stack Java Developer

Location:Dayton, OH -- Must be able to relocate day 1

Position Summary

Winsupply Inc. is looking for an innovative and skilled Full Stack Java Developer to join our team in Dayton, OH. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, working in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role involves a combination of front-end and back-end development tasks, ensuring a seamless and robust application experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development teams using agile methodologies, including test-driven development, automated unit testing, and pair programming.
• Create Web application front-ends based on design comps and information architecture.
• Develop and style Web App UIs using HTML, CSS/SCSS, BootStrap, and Angular 9.1.
• Integrate front-end applications with the application business layer.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies and skills as required by the project.
• Plan and estimate project timelines, report hours for administrative billing.
• Adhere to best practices and standards for accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
• Work collaboratively with project managers, UI/UX designers, developers, and architects
• Follow established coding standards and group procedures both individually and in teams.
• Operate in a Linux shell environment and configure Jenkins to automate builds and deployments.
• Perform DevOps functions, including CI/CD scripting, test automation, code reviews, and integration testing.
• Engage in the requirement specification process for new software functionalities.
• Ensure design consistency with development standards and guidelines.

Technical Skills

• Front-End: Angular 6/9/10, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, BootStrap
• Back-End: Java (Spring Boot), .Net (MVC), Node.js, C#
• Databases: SQL, SQL Server
• Web Services: SOAP, RESTful (XML and JSON)
• DevOps: Jenkins, CI/CD scripting, test automation
• Operating Systems: Linux shell environment

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 months experience as a Java Developer, Software Developer, or Software Engineer (foreign equivalent accepted)
