Dein Schwerpunkt als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit im HSE-Team Darmstadt wird die Ausprägung und Verstetigung unserer Sicherheitskultur mit Blick die Arbeits-, Maschinen- und Betriebsmittelsicherheit.
Deine Aufgaben im Einzelnen:
Unterstützung in der Erstellung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen nach Arbeitsschutzgesetz bzw. Betriebssicherheitsverordnung
Ableitung, Bewertung und Umsetzung resultierender Maßnahmen
Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Betriebs- und Verfahrensanweisungen
Unterweisung und Schulung von Fach- und Führungskräften in allen relevanten Punkten der Arbeitssicherheit
Pflege des IMS
Das bringst du idealerweise mit
eine abgeschlossene, idealerweise technische Berufsausbildung oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HSE-Umfeld der fertigenden Industrie
Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (FaSi)
ein lösungsorientiertes und umsetzungsstarkes Mindset
sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
