Description:
As a Community Center Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests. You will be responsible for providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone who walks through the door.
- Front Desk Reception greets visitors and guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Front Desk Reception answers phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Front Desk Reception provides accurate information about the center's programs and services.
- Front Desk Reception schedules swim-class registrations, gym-bookings, and processes payments.
- Front Desk Reception maintains a clean and organized reception area.
- Front Desk Reception ensures the safety and security of the center by monitoring the entrance and enforcing policies.
- Front Desk Reception collaborates with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the center.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer and printing skills.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Flexible shifts Monday through Saturday.
Compensation commensurate on experience.
