Description:

As a Community Center Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests. You will be responsible for providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone who walks through the door.

  • Front Desk Reception greets visitors and guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Front Desk Reception answers phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Reception provides accurate information about the center's programs and services.
  • Front Desk Reception schedules swim-class registrations, gym-bookings, and processes payments.
  • Front Desk Reception maintains a clean and organized reception area.
  • Front Desk Reception ensures the safety and security of the center by monitoring the entrance and enforcing policies.
  • Front Desk Reception collaborates with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the center.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer and printing skills.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Flexible shifts Monday through Saturday.

Compensation commensurate on experience.
