Responsibilities You will receive work orders, work plans, engineering drawings, and other similar information for each project or maintenance/repair requirement. You will attend and actively participate in staff level resource and planning meetings, present brief on the status of ongoing facility projects. You will conduct maintenance studies of existing facilities to determine new equipment requirements, overhaul, repair or replacement options, and the advisability of contracting service is using in-house assets. You will make purchases by use of a Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC), and reconciles all charges. You will assist the Inventory Management Specialist by maintaining material control and screening requests for proper identification and accounting and by investigating availability of material, sources of supply or manufacture. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-10: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: coordinating, designing, conducting field investigations and inspections, cost estimating, reporting, scheduling, and planning construction projects and maintenance operations. GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-08 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assisting in the coordinating, designing, conducting field investigations and inspections, cost estimating, reporting, scheduling, and planning construction projects and maintenance operations.
