Job Description
Responsible for ensuring accurate billing for guest vehicles while providing excellent customer service and a positive experience to all guests. This position does not involve cash handling.
Responsibilities
Handle all cashiering responsibilities.
Complete and maintain parking garage forms.
Post parking charges to the Opera system.
Manage and control guest keys.
Create and maintain inventory records.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience is required, with hospitality experience strongly preferred.
Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability is required, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent communication skills are a must.
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, even in inclement weather.
Must reside within 50 miles of the hotel.
