Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in our digital transformation teams. You will work cross-functionally to help guide products from conception to launch by bridging the gap between the technical and business worlds. These responsibilities will include:

o Gaining a sustainable understanding of the data landscape and opportunities through research, experimentation, and constant interaction with vendors and business stakeholders.

o Developing a forward-reaching roadmap for curated data assets required to provide high quality descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive data solutions.

o Working collaboratively with engineering, data science, marketing, legal, UX, and other teams to launch new data products and features, test their impact, then iterate quickly.

o Utilizing a unique blend of technical understanding and business acumen to articulate a high-level vision then drive it towards tangible outcomes.

o Confidently making decisions with imperfect information, leading without authority, and managing ambiguity and complexity.

o Strong writing and communication skills able to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences and through a variety of media.

o Strategic thinking to help translate goals into actionable tasks. prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with cross-functional teams.

 Hybrid 3x in Dallas, Texas Tuesday - Thursday; 7am-4pm CST hours

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience as Product Owner or Product Manager

 Experience with BI tools and Analytics platforms (ex. Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.)

 Experience as a Technical Product Owner/Manager

 Experience building roadmaps and capturing data, dealing with metrics, KPIs

 Previously built or led a team building Power BI, AI, or similar data platforms

 Background in data, data analytics, data engineering, etc. Experience in an eCommerce, B2B, international, or electric distribution environment

 Experience with agile software development lifecycle

 Experience rolling out large scale integration projects null
