Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Job Description

We are a critical supplier of parts, materials, equipment, repairs, and value-added services with over 30 years of experience in supporting global semiconductor manufacturing and other high-technology industries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage shipping and receiving activities efficiently.

  • Handle warehouse and inventory tasks.

  • Operate within a Warehouse Management System (WMS); training on P21 system provided.

  • Make occasional deliveries to clients with a valid driver’s license.

  • Utilize FedEx, UPS, and freight shipment services.

  • Possibly operate forklifts (training and certification provided).

  • Conduct data entry and material handling.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of shipping/receiving experience.

  • Proficient in warehouse and inventory management.

  • Experience with any WMS in a computer system.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Experience with FedEx, UPS, and freight shipment services.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Forklift experience is nice to have but not required (training and certification provided).

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and RF scanners.

  • Experience with pallet jacks.

Work Environment

The work environment is non-climate controlled. The position is for the 1st shift, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with some overtime potentially required. Steel-toe shoes are necessary.

This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
