Comerica Regional Operations Leader in Dallas, Texas

Regional Administrative Manager As a Regional Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for all operational processes that support business objectives and assist advisors in serving their clients. Leverage your strong leadership skills by managing staff (including Registered Client Service Associates and non-registered Client Service Associates), working directly with Financial Advisors, and partnering with CFA leadership. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and lead Client Service Associate activities that drive business results, revenue growth, client acquisition, client experience, and efficiencies in practices. Partner with Regional Directors and Comerica Financial Advisor leadership to ensure staff efforts are aligned with Comerica Financial Advisors program level business plans and individual Financial Advisor business plans. * Track Financial Advisor recruiting pipeline to ensure preparation and support is managed for candidates. * Support recruiters, Regional Directors, and Experienced Advisor Recruits in the onboarding process and experience by coordinating the onboarding process along with transition managers and onsite personnel. Provide dedicated support model and allocate Client Service Associates to support Experienced Advisor Recruits. * Assist Client Service Associates and Financial Advisors in servicing clients as an escalation and coordination resource for client facing services including but not limited to effective use of Ameriprise technology, processes and procedures. * Report/facilitate the correction of errors and/or addressing client issues; provide education and guidance on Ameriprise policies and procedures and effective business practices, where appropriate, to minimize potential for future occurrences. Partner with Registered Principal to ensure compliance support is established and training needs and opportunities are identified and met. * Lead, coach, mentor and provide performance management for direct reports. Conduct 1:1s with staff. * Lead or assist with real estate and facilities initiatives as needed. Coordinate office locations as needed. * Partner with Senior Leadership, including Regional Directors, to determine staffing needs; request, hire and allocate staff. * Complete Comerica Corporate and Human Resource functions for assigned staff, including but not limited to review and approval of timecards, Client Service Associate/Financial * Advisor relationship management, performance management and HR escalations, completion of required training, recording compensation arrangements and annual compensation and performance reviews. * Other special projects as assigned. * Provide guidance and escalation support to both Financial Advisors and Client Service Associates to identify, research and resolve complex issues related to client accounts and inquiries, including Communicating issues requiring escalation to appropriate Ameriprise resources and support follow-up supervisory actions. * Monitor and evaluate workload and responsibilities of staff to ensure efficient workflow and support levels. * Communicate Ameriprise, Comerica, and regulatory policies and procedures. * Directs the day-to-day operations functions within assigned locations, within the compliance framework established by Ameriprise, Comerica, and regulatory polices and procedures.
