Advancial Mortgage Loan Officer/ National Wholesale Account Executive in Dallas, Texas
Responsibilities
The Mortgage Loan Officer / National Wholesale Account Executive will originate residential mortgage loans through retail and wholesale channels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Originates and closes mortgage loan business by following up on company provided leads from the Credit Union’s various branches, call center, and customer service center
Establish and foster new and existing mortgage broker and banker relationships for increased wholesale loan production via phone calls, email correspondence, and training conference calls
Maintain and manage member and client lead database
Maintain and manage wholesale broker database
Complete loan applications, issue loan documents, follow up on loans in existing pipelines, and assist with processing, underwriting, and loan closing needs
Develop and maintains relationships with realtors and other professionals in the industry to cultivate new business
Competitive draw against commission compensation plan.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Minimum one year mortgage loan origination, processing, or underwriting
Must be eligible for employment with a NCUA insured institution and able to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as a mortgage loan originator
Candidates with no mortgage sales experience will be offered paid training with the Champion School of Mortgage Lending and will be required to pass the NMLS National Test Component with Uniform State Content Exam.
Must have excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Must be proficient with computers and have excellent organization skills.
Bachelor's Degree or related work experience.
