About the role: This role promotes DU's strategic and innovative experiences across internal and external channels. You'll be a strategic partner with a team of communicators to support project management of DU's digital and social marketing strategy, manage internal digital and physical signage, and oversee integrated editorial management. What You'll Do:

  • Assist in developing an editorial calendar and plan distribution of stories across DU's internal and external digital channels.

  • Assist in developing DU's social media strategy, working in collaboration with US and global brand and social media teams.

  • Write scripts for video projects, posts for social media, and articles for internal channels.

  • Assist in developing and implementing a vision for physical and digital messaging strategy for DU. This includes curation of video and visual content produced by DU as well as that produced by groups throughout Deloitte to provide guests with a cross-section of content during their stay.

  • Update and manage content on digital screens throughout DU including: guest room channels and digital screens in public areas.

  • Collaborate and build working relationships with teams throughout Deloitte: social media, Experience Delivery, Regional and Functional Communications, Development, Talent

  • Cultivate an excellent working relationship with the multi-disciplinary teams at DU: Operations, IT, Meeting Services, etc.

  • Manage video and photo crews producing content at Deloitte University.

  • Drive and implement new methods for storytelling - graphics, promoted campaigns, etc.

  • Possess the poise, confidence, and professional presence to be comfortable interacting with all levels of our organization including top executives and VIP guests.

  • Be available to work on site in Westlake, Texas, and support a flexible schedule if necessary.

  • Some travel may be required, but most of your work will be on site at the Westlake, TX location.

Qualifications:

Required

  • 5+ years relevant experience with working across visual communications disciplines in web, video, and graphics

  • Must be able to go into the DU Westlake location on an everyday basis

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related discipline

  • Strong project management and organizational skills; can manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

  • Strong writing, verbal and editing communication skills

  • Experience and knowledge with visual communications techniques including photography, videography, and graphic design

  • Superior MS Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies and content management systems to support marketing efforts

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

  • Travel may be up to 10%.

Preferred

  • Prior experience working on a team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation, professional services firm

  • Ability to communicate with business and technical audiences - both stakeholder-facing and internal

  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end creative production process (pre-production, production, post-production)

  • Ability to successfully manage stakeholders in a team environment as well as with senior leadership

  • Ability to achieve results - with minimal supervision - in a fast-paced environment; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Work well under pressure and diplomatically address occasional unforeseen complexities

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,000 to $148,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
