Lead Architect - Innovation Model Job Description We are looking for a lead architect who can work with our clients to establish a model for innovation that aligns IT to business and has metrics established aligned to the value stream of the business. You will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that leverage the latest technologies and best practices to deliver value to our customers. You will also be leading a team of architects and developers who will collaborate with you on the innovation projects. Responsibilities • Work with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities for innovation • Identify a clients value stream aligned to business areas • Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the innovation model. • Utilize common development methodologies to enable fit for purpose prototype and pipeline management • Design and architect solutions that leverage cloud, data, AI, and other emerging technologies to deliver value to the business. • Establish and monitor metrics that measure the impact and outcomes of the innovation model. • Lead and mentor a team of architects and developers who will work with you on the innovation projects. • Ensure the quality, security, and scalability of the solutions. • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the industry and apply them to the innovation model. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. • At least 10 years of experience in IT architecture, design, and development. • At least 3 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture • At least 5 years of experience in leading and managing teams. • Strong knowledge of idea generation and development methodologies including Agile, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Design Sprint • Strong knowledge and experience in cloud, data, GenAI, and other emerging technologies. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work with clients and stakeholders at all levels. • Creative, innovative, and problem-solving mindset. • Certifications in relevant technologies and frameworks are a plus.
