Karya Property Management Housekeeper in Dallas, Texas
Karya Property Management is looking for a Housekeeper to assist our Interlace property!
This is a full time position and compensation will range based on experience.
As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and proper appearance of vacant apartment homes, leasing office, and other amenities to enhance and maintain property appeal.
Responsibilities:
Clean the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant units daily or as needed
Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
Ensure all units are cared for and inspected according to policy standards
Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies, and inform supervisor when a re-order is necessary
Notify supervisor of any damages, deficits, and disturbances
Perform other duties assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Previous housekeeping experience preferred
Must have a valid driver's license
Bilingual is a plus, but not required
Customer service experience
Must be flexible and dependable
Must be a team player
Advanced knowledge of cleaning products
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
The ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Prolonged periods sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
Push, pull, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, and reach above shoulders
Must be able to work indoors / outdoors or in extreme weather conditions
Must be able to work weekends and/or evenings on a rotating schedule
