We are in need of a diligent and proficient Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) HR Assistant to be part of our team located in Dallas, Texas. The role will involve providing administrative support to our HR department, with a focus on auditing timesheets, HR file compliance, and open enrollment. This job offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, and is a great chance for you to develop your skills in the HR field.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the HR department

• Maintain accurate HR and employee records

• Assist in the auditing of timesheets

• Ensure HR file compliance and manage documentation

• Support open enrollment processes

• Assist in the onboarding process and conduct new hire orientations

• Perform I-9 audits and ensure I-9 compliance

• Handle new hire paperwork meticulously and ensure all documents are properly filed and stored

• Utilize ADP and Excel for various HR-related tasks

• Address HR-related inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements • Proficiency in Filing and organizing HR documents

• Experience in conducting I-9 Audits

• Knowledge in I-9 Compliance

• Experience in Onboarding new hires

• Proven ability to facilitate New Hire Orientations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Understanding of HR laws and regulations

• Ability to handle confidential information

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
