We are in search of an entry level Personal Injury Attorney with defense experience to join our client's team in Dallas on a hybrid-remote basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing case files, working on personal injury defense cases, and utilizing case management software to maintain accurate records. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity, with potential to transition to a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize case files effectively

• Utilize case management software to keep accurate records of all cases

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents as required

• Handle personal injury defense law cases

• Analyze legal documents and provide legal advice to clients

• Collaborate with legal staff and clients to move cases towards resolution.

Requirements

• Must possess a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Admission to the Texas state bar is required

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Personal Injury Law

• Proficient in handling Personal Injury Defense cases

• Proficiency in using Case Management Software

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of professional integrity and ethics

• Must be able to handle high-pressure situations and strict deadlines

• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
