We’re looking for qualified Analyst Decision Support Senior’s to join our Texas Health family. Is that you?

Work location: Texas Health Dallas 8200 Walnut Hill Ln. TX 75231| Hybrid opportunity

Work hours: Full Time| Days| Monday – Friday| 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm

Here’s What You Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance, or other business related Req

  • 3 Years Finance healthcare experience Req and

  • 1 Year Decision support experience Pref

  • CPA - Certified Public Accountant Upon Hire Pref Or

  • Other Clinical Certification Upon Hire Pref Or

  • Strong PC literacy with full suite of Microsoft Office applications, including Access. Prefer experience with relational database technology.

What you will do:

  • Perform data modeling and data analysis using statistical techniques.

  • Analyze variances reported in order to identify the causes and implications of said variances.

  • Participate in benchmarking efforts that will be used to measure and set goals for improving performance.

  • Prepare and deliver decision support reports to both internal and external customers.

  • Perform ad hoc analysis.

  • Establish data accuracy and validity derived from a variety of systems.

  • Work with ITS and other personnel to ensure proper utilization of data.

  • Interface with end-users of the decision support system to determine requirements for data, reports, and analysis.
