岗位名称： 公用设施工程师

所属部门： 工程与资产维护部

汇报对象： 工程与资产维护部经理

岗位目标：

• 负责工厂公用设施的运维。包括：高压电锅炉及其蒸汽冷凝水回收系统，零排放污水回用站，高低压配电房，空气压缩机，空调系统，冰水机，泉水泵站及输送系统，等 在公用设施区域进行的操作，维修维护等作业，须遵守国家法规，遵守公司内部规章。

• 区域执行无伤害安全作业标准；零排放，碳中和环保标准。

• 打造标志性世界级威士忌酒厂公用工程设施。

• 支持工厂与工厂工程团队。例如：作为维修维护工程师的备份，作为工程经理的备份。

岗位职责：

• 对所管辖公用设施区域安全负责，积极开展区域安全隐患排查与治理。

• 保证厂区及游客中心的泉水，自来水，电能，蒸汽，压缩空气，冰水，空调等的正常供应。

• 确保零排放污水回用站（生化）的正常运行。达到零排放标准。

• 对水消耗量，能源消耗量负责。

• 持续改善，提高水及能源利用率。

• 建立健全公用设施设备台账，对各设备设施制定适用的预防性维护策略并切实执行，对公用工程实现有效维修维护。

• 保证维修维护质量。

• 建立公用设施操作规程，并切实按章操作。

• 如有需要，需培训他人。

• 高标准维持现场5S。

• 完成上级交办的其他任务。

岗位要求 ：

• 持高压电工特种作业操作证，且持低压电工特种作业操作证。

• 持二级锅炉司炉证，二级锅炉水处理证。

• 电气相关专业理论背景，具有3年以上本相似岗位实践经验。

• 动手能力与技巧，服务意识强。

• 英语读写能力。
