We are seeking experienced Drillers *to join our travel team. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of *geothermal or well drilling operations and drilling techniques. Drillers should be able to work collaboratively with others, be able to lead a small team and possess a strong commitment to safety and quality. Experience with mud and air rotary drills preferred.
What you'll bring:
2+ years of drilling experience (geothermal or well drilling preferred)
Understanding of safety protocols and procedures is a must
Good communication and problem-solving skills
A positive attitude and good work ethic
Basic math skills
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Reliable transportation to job sites or select meeting points
Travel requirements:
Travel is required within the East Coast up to 75-100%
Must be willing to be away from home 5 days a week -- Travel accommodations and per diem benefits are provided.
Physical demands:
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs. of heavy equipment
Standing and bending for extended periods of time
Ability to work 10 or more hours per day, between 40-50 hours a week
Compensation:
The starting pay for this position is $25/ hr and up. Exact rate is dependent on experience, applicable licenses and certifications.
Per diem and prevailing wage are provided depending on project and site location.
