Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Administrative Assistant IV job opportunity located in Cupertino, CA 95014 zip code.

Shift: Mon - Fri start at 8m or 9am

Pay Rate: $ 40.00/HR

Length: 6 month (possible temp - hire)

The Administrative Assistant role will provide excellent, comprehensive administrative and operational support to the GSSM team. The highly motivated, customer-centric candidate will be responsible for both general executive administrative tasks as well as some operational and project coordination activities. Responsibilities will including new hire onboarding, equipment and supply ordering, distribution and organization

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily calendars, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes.

  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements for select team members.

  • Facilitating expense reporting processes.

  • Supporting staff meetings, teleconferences, global leadership off-sites and other events.

  • Supporting all Facilities activities for the team.

  • Additional job duties.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree required

  • 7+ plus years of experience in an administrative or customer-centric environment.

  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficient

  • Expense reporting experience

  • Calendar management and travel arrangement experience

  • Experience on the Mac platform highly desired

Pay Details: $40.00 per hour
