CUMBERLAND COUNTRY CLUB Snack Bar and Banquet Staff in Cumberland, Maryland
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Snack Bar and Banquet Staff. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their overall satisfaction. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders from guests and preparing of some food in the Snack Bar
- Banquet Staff works different functions which include buffets and sit down dinners
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred
- Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be at least 18 years old
