** The pay scale above is the compensation range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, relevant education and/or training, and performance related bonuses and incentives.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Respond to internet leads in a timely manner

  • Answer internet customer initial questions

  • Transition internet sales leads, consult & assist with follow-up

  • Manage any and all internet processes

  • Respond to email inquiries utilizing established procedures

  • Monitor productivity and quota levels and recommend best practices to improve results

  • Make out-bound calls to potential customers to solicit appointments

  • Other duties as assigned

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 2 to 3 years of internet experience in a dealership environment

  • Prior experience internet department required

  • Previous sales floor experience a plus

  • Must be able to provide references upon request

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
