Core Responsibilities Pull dry sausage from dry rooms and load on to trucks. Transport to Sliced Luncheon Meats Department. Count sticks on the truck and scale meat. Make out weight tickets. Move trucks from scale area to cooler. Peel pepperoni when all other duties are completed. Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
