Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to work in one of three diverse areas: Chemical Bath, Pre-Paint, and Masking. In the Chemical Bath area, your responsibilities will include handling parts scheduled for baths, ensuring they are securely hung and assembled according to work order specifications. If working in the Pre-Paint area, you will be required to rack and stage up to 4,000-5,000 pieces in a paint booth for preparation, flip all pieces being painted on both sides and manually count the parts to ensure accurate delivery. Lastly, in the Masking area, your duties will include taping over areas that are not to be painted and preparing the parts to allow paint to adhere. This is a position that requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Cuba, Missouri.

Work Environment

You will be working in a non-climate controlled processing facility that supports production efforts. The environment involves working with heated ovens in the paint area and chemicals in the chemical bath area. It's important to note that the job involves repeatable tasks and may not be clean due to scuffs and metal preparation. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and steel-toed shoes are required. You will be part of a team of approximately 8 people in each area. Working hours are from Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential for overtime on Fridays. The opportunity to make up hours missed during the week is also provided.
