We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Crystal Lake, Illinois. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity where you will be interacting with suppliers, supporting vendors through calls, and handling additional organizational tasks. Your computer savvy skills and professional phone etiquette will play a crucial role in performing these tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring all tasks are carried out within the set timelines.

• Act as the main point of contact for suppliers and vendors, addressing their queries and concerns.

• Organize and maintain project-related documents and records for easy retrieval and use.

• Utilize computer systems and software to manage project data and generate reports.

• Exemplify professional phone etiquette while interacting with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

• Manage vendor relations, including communication, negotiations, and conflict resolution.

• Implement strategies for organizational effectiveness to improve project operations.

• Track project progress and report any issues or delays to the project manager.

• Assist in the creation and implementation of vendor management policies and procedures.

• Ensure all project tasks align with the company's standards and requirements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in project coordination is required.

• Excellent phone etiquette is a necessity.

• Demonstrable experience in vendor management.

• Strong organizational effectiveness skills are essential.

• Ability to interact professionally with vendor suppliers.
