ManTech Senior RF Spectrum Engineer in Crane, Indiana

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior RF Spectrum Technician to join our team working in Crane, IN. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Utilize ground tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) collection to successfully perform technology assessments and evaluations in support of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) community

  • Develop test plans into test cases

  • Travel up to 25% within the continental United States

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or business OR an Associated degree in a technical discipline or business and an additional 4 years of experience OR High school diploma or equivalent and an additional 6 years of experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) collection

  • Practical experience in RF principles wireless communication and data networks

  • Must understand the tactical level Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) and Training Project Plan (TPP) in the use of similar technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of required test equipment for each assessment and evaluation event when developing test plans into test cases

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering preferred but not required with appropriate tactical collection level experience.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active or current Top Secret with SCI eligibility Security Clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
