Amentum Program Analyst in Crane, Indiana

We are hiring a Program Analyst to support Strategic & Trusted Microelectronics at NSWC Crane.
As a Program Analyst, you will manage operations of one or more projects. You will also plan and manage the work efforts of any task team personnel, determine and monitor project schedules, and support document development including white papers, schedules, briefs, and reports. Interfaces with customer personnel in work performance will be essential.
Essential Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for the customer leads and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Responsible for operational and overall management of the project(s).
Support research and development efforts.
Coordinate meetings
Support the development of technical documents, talking points and/or scripts for senior leadership
Track key metrics
Represent program at interagency and industry events
Interface with customers to determine specific needs and requirements.
Analyze current needs and suggest recommendations for improvements.
Assist in organizing work, determining priorities, and strategies to achieve goals.
Coordinate with other organizations or parts of the organization to accomplish goals.
Support leadership and various working groups with program needs and initiatives.
Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction by quality performance of contractor support.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and 7 years of job-related experience or equivalent
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills are required
Ability to work effectively with a variety of team members
Data analysis
Creative/artistic experience for the development of briefings
Ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance (Please note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a US clearance)
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree
Experience with pivot tables and macros
Technical experience and familiarity with semiconductor industry
