Manager, Business Development-Biologics (Cranbury, NJ) - Analyze and develop the company’s biological, biomedical, biopharmaceutical and biotechnological research service businesses using MSA and Licensing term review negotiations, CDA process; Analyze technical capacity, laboratory facility, and equipment to develop business strategies and tactics to promote the company’s biochemical and biotechnology platforms and analytical services businesses to biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies and research institutions in the targeted region assigned; Research current pharmaceutical and medical industry’s competitive services, products, and technologies on the market, and provide input on research, development and manufacturing of future biological and biochemical products, services, and business development strategies in compliance with GLP/GCP/GMP regulations; Review, analyze, and manage existing institutional customers and cross promotion of new biotechnology and biochemical analysis services into existing accounts in project management; Attend trade shows and professional pharmaceutical conferences to follow up with new trend in biochemical and biotechnology research and development; Follow and analyze client’s drug development progress, coordinate with in-house discovery, protein science, CMC development and manufacturing, and project management teams to address client requests, provide biopharmaceutical and regulatory affairs guidance, troubleshoot and respond to inquiries; Provide timely update of CRM and monitoring of KPIs. Must have a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Biochemistry plus skills and knowledge in MSA review, CDA process, GLP/GCP/GMP regulations, regulatory affairs, project management, CRM.
