Your Day to Day Manage large, highly complex, utility-specific Low Enriched Uranium Plus (LEU+) projects at the Tier 1 or 2 level for the Americas PWR Fuels Organization to ensure consistency across varied Westinghouse expertise, with a focus on first-time engineering execution. Oversee and hold accountable direct reporting or matrixed project managers and team members to deliver program objectives. Partner with business development leaders to set strategy and to capture growth opportunities that advance strategic and business objectives. Demonstrate advanced skills in finance, cross-cultural awareness, leadership, communication, influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

As a Utility-Specific LEU+ Program Manager, you will: Maintain responsibility and accountability for utility-specific LEU+ program and projects Interface with Overall LEU+ Program Manager to maintain LEU+ timeline (development and execution) Enable LEU+ utility-specific issue resolution (technical, regulatory, etc.) Maintain direct responsibility for utility-specific program financial performance Establish relationships with key stakeholders that meets each party's needs and agreed outcomes Lead project-specific internal steering and/or advisory committees Analyze needs and develop unique internal/external customer satisfaction and project performance metrics Oversee utility-specific project managers Manage project performance to meet quality, schedule and financial goals as set forth by Westinghouse, customer and regulatory requirements Ensure program sub-projects are delivered on schedule and within budget Manage program resource assignments (labor, equipment, supplier, etc.) to ensure program goals are achievable Maintain continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives and make recommendations to modify the dynamic program to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent Build capacity and knowledge of key stakeholders to ensure effective communication outcomes by clearly defining lines of communication Identify stakeholder issues, interests, and concerns to better define program alignment and provide direct technical input/feedback Maintain utility stakeholder relationships once established through regular communication activities including monthly and quarterly exchanges with LEU+ Stakeholder leaders Provide leadership perspective on options and recommendations Identify, assess, and implement improvement opportunities which will add value All program management is performed in accordance with the established Westinghouse policies, procedures, systems, and requirements.

Who You Are: As a successful candidate, you bring the following to the team: B. Sc. degree in Engineering or other technical-related area. Advanced degrees desirable. Typically, 20+ years professional experience in Program and Contract management. 10+ years of project management or program management experience in the nuclear industry is preferred PMI Program Manager program certification Project Controls-related certification (scheduling, estimating, earned value, risk, etc.) is preferred Strong Program and Contract management skills Track record delivering quality on time and within predictable cost controls Strong analytical thinking capability and business development acumen Strong knowledge of nuclear industry and related associations. Organizational experience with planning, budgeting, operations and objectives. Knowledge of team building, planning techniques, business management principles and practices. Experience in eveloping and successfully implementing stakeholder engagement plans Good interpersonal and networking skills, articulate spokesperson Demonstrated leadership skills across cultures, languages and locations Strong Analytic experience & problem-solving ability and high attitude for ownership Recognize emerging critical technical or regulatory issues which would affect project delivery. Raise awareness and develop a recovery plan. Microsoft Project expertise is preferred

Strong working knowledge in project schedule, cost and risk management processes and associated tools (e.g., Primavera, SAP, Active Risk Manager, or other related tools). Advanced ability or understanding of the transformation of data to information for visual reports; database concepts to manage data within systems; the interaction of company functions that are touch points to projects (Finance, Legal, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.).
