Volcom Marketing Coordinator in Costa Mesa, California
Title: Marketing Coordinator

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
INVOICES/EXPENSES
Track invoices on live doc sent from Marketing dept crew
Manage expenses for select team members and department needs
EVENTS/Retail Marketing
Send samples to events, donations/charity events
Assist on Retail marketing and special events
Assist on Retail marketing on shipping sales rep stickers out to all reps (RVCA, BBG, VLCM)
Assist on shipping GWP to accounts
Assist Snow / Sports Marketing Manager with Annual Snow Clinic Rep Promo
Working with SMM in tracking production timelines and execution
SEEDING/GIFTING
Order production orders for Mens & Women’s Marketing (RVCA, Billabong, VLCM)
Women’s gifting units, build out with social media manager (RVCA, Billabong, VLCM)
PROMO
Place promo order sent from marketing dept and or a few sales reps
Place team rider promo, and production orders for all brands in the Liberated Brands portfolio
Place VIP orders for all Liberated Brands
ABG
Place order for ABG for NY and LA showroom
Work with ABG and social and affiliate marketing coordinator for PR needs for celebrities and influencers
PHOTOSHOOT PRODUCTION
Help prep samples for in studio shoots and on-site shoots when needed
Finding and pulling samples, hanging and steaming
Help pack samples for social media manager for any on site shoots
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
This position requires some hours at our HQ in Costa Mesa, CA; however, some duties can be performed remotely.

Liberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Costa Mesa, CA is $19/hr- $24.04/hr. This position is Hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location.
