Manager, Digital Marketing (Dickies AMER)

What will you do?

A day in the life of a Manager of Digital Marketing at Dickies looks a little like this.

As the Digital Marketing Manager at Dickies, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing our digital campaigns in the AMER region for dickies.com and our wholesale digital marketplaces. You will create and manage relevant content, utilizing analytics to enhance consumer engagement and conversion. This role manages the brands external agency partners and collaborates closely with the AMER regionally marketing and commercial teams to ensure the digital strategy aligns with overall business goals. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.

Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

  • Implement the seasonal marketing plans across Dickies.com, owning the briefing of engaging content, regional and global campaign execution, and through the management of the ecomm content marketing calendar.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive email, SMS, and digital marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI. Work closely with design, product, and operations teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. Coordinate with external vendors or agencies as needed for campaign execution.

  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as traffic, sales, conversion rates, and customer behavior. Leverage data to create customer segments and tailor marketing strategies to different audience groups.

  • Implement strategies to recommend products, highlight first-time buyer promotions, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

  • Work cross-departmentally with Global Marketing and Regional Commercial leads to ensure regional ecomm marketing plans and actions are aligned with the global strategy, goals and objectives.

What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 7+ years of experience and professional achievements.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

  • Proven track record of developing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive consumer awareness, engagement, and conversion

  • Proven track record in email and SMS marketing, including automation, segmentation, and performance tracking

  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies

  • Strong understanding of AMER marketplace, including differences across diverse channels of distribution with a deep understanding of consumer needs, preferences, consumption and online behavior

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written, strong cross functional collaboration skills required

  • Self-starter with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude, constantly learning and experimenting with new tactics

  • Willingness to explore, learn, and operationalize emerging digital technologies including various AI solutions

  • 7+ years working in ecommerce and/or digital marketing

There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.

  • Knowledge of or experience working in apparel, specifically the workwear sector preferred

  • Experience implementing a consumer retention program

  • Experience working with wholesale marketplace programs such as Amazon and Walmart

Hiring Range :

$90,720.00 USD - $113,400.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
