Minimum/Required Qualifications A bachelor\'s degree in a relevant area or similar qualification or equivalent knowledge and skills developed through professional experience. 5 years\' of progressive experience in program management, finance, or human resources. Experience in integrating complex, cross-unit processes and information strategies, and/or designing strategic metrics and scorecards. Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills; able to work across business lines at a senior level to influence and effect change to achieve common goals. Demonstrated ability to work independently to simultaneously balance multiple tasks and competing priorities. Effectively lead cross-organizational meetings to lead teams to consensus and/or decisions in order to maintain project schedules. Experience leading a team of high performing individuals. Proven track record of retaining top talent with a commitment to talent development. Proven experience moving complex strategies to successful conclusion. Exhibit sound judgment in terms of balancing cost and risk. Extensive experience in leading matrixed cross-functional teams. Extensive experience with communicating the impact of technology on goals of policymakers and other stakeholders. Demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity that involves actively promoting equity and inclusion in all aspects of organizational culture and decision-making processes.
